'Believing' is the first step to 'becoming'
If you want to reach your desired potential and go beyond your perceived limitations, I can help you.
I’m Victoria Liu – a trauma-informed leadership expert, bestselling author, and Master Executive Coach. With 20+ years leading global transformations at BlackRock and other top-tier organizations, I’ve coached over 4,000 executives to breakthrough success.
My practice combines decades of practical experience in professional services with advanced training from Cambridge University, Harvard and MIT. I specialize in unlocking the potential of “unconventional” leaders – introverts, neurodivergent professionals, and multicultural talent who are often overlooked despite their exceptional capabilities.

Good to meet you.
My interest in coaching began when I experienced for myself how powerful it was in accelerating my growth, learning and development. It allowed me to understand how certain mindsets and limiting beliefs were holding me back from taking charge.
Originally from New Zealand with a Hong Kong Chinese migrant background, I worked my way to become one of the youngest Senior Directors in global investment banking, leading teams of over 700 staff across multiple continents.
I became fascinated by the intersection of psychology and high-performance leadership – mastering tools from neuroscience, trauma-informed practices, and positive psychology that I now bring to my clients.
Over time, this interest evolved into a passion for mentoring leaders who feel “different”- helping them reach greater self-awareness, facilitate their own breakthroughs, and transform perceived limitations into competitive advantages.

Victoria was my trusted advisor and guide as I set up my business during COVID pandemic, her structured framework enables me to have greater clarity, manage my time and resources, prioritise and most of all, a clear step by step roadmap that suits my needs. I was overwhelmed and stuck and she guided me like my personal GPS!

I worked with Victoria for 6 months during her transition to Executive Coaching. She has an excellent ability to listen and analyse that only very few possess and she is extremely well structured and proactive in her approach. Combined with her executive background I found our discussions and her advice very rewarding.
(VP, Male, International Logistics and Supply Chain Services)
I worked with Victoria for three months to help me move a project forward whilst also tackling some of my fears surrounding self-promotion and progression. She facilitated our conversation with insightful questions and taught me a number of really helpful techniques to reduce my stress levels and take control of my work. Victoria is a joy to work with and has great instincts and I highly recommend her as a coach.
